After multiple pregnancies and deliveries and even after losing a lot of weight the breasts tend to sag and give the look of being deflated with no volume and excess skin.

To give a fuller effect we need to elevate the breasts and auto-augment the breast from within by removing excess skin and reorientation of breast tissue and/or the use of breast implants.
